Shipping Policy

We currently ship orders within Australia only.

Shipping area

Orders can only be shipped to Australian delivery addresses. We do not ship internationally, and orders with non-Australian delivery addresses may be cancelled.

Standard shipping fee

The current standard Australia shipping method is Australia Standard Shipping at AUD 15.00. Shipping fees can change if carrier costs, remote delivery requirements, or order handling rules change.

Processing time

Orders are reviewed before dispatch. Processing times may vary depending on stock, address checks, product restrictions, and carrier availability.

Delivery estimates

Delivery timeframes are estimates only. Remote, regional, or high-volume periods can take longer than metro delivery areas.

Age and compliance checks

Adult-only products may require age or compliance review. We may cancel or hold an order if it cannot be lawfully supplied or delivered.

Failed delivery

Customers are responsible for entering a complete Australian shipping address. If a parcel is returned because of an incorrect address or failed delivery, extra shipping costs may apply.
